Product description of common rail fuel injector nozzle details :

Before the fuel injection pump starts to supply oil, the needle valve of the injection nozzle is closed and maintained by the spring. After the fuel injection pump starts its pumping stroke, the high-pressure diesel oil enters the fuel injection nozzle assembly through the oil inlet pipe joint, and enters the oil cavity around the pressure cone of needle valve through the oil passage in the injector body. When the diesel pressure reaches the set pressure, the upward pushing force of oil pressure acting on the pressure cone surface of the needle valve will open the needle valve, and the diesel oil will arrive at the injection hole from the small oil cavity under the needle valve, which is called the oil pocket, to the injection hole These orifices are ejected with fine oil mist. When the pump oil pressure decreases, the needle valve spring causes the needle valve to fall on the valve seat, and the injection process ends.
